Shipping policy

Domestic shipping (Australia)

  • Free standard shipping on orders over AU$100.
  • For orders under AU$100, a flat rate of AU$9.95 applies.
  • Express Post is available at a flat rate of AU$19.95. Express orders are dispatched with Australia Post Express or StarTrack Premium and typically arrive within 1 - 2 business days to metro areas.
  • Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday from our distribution centres and normally arrive within 3 - 5 business days for metro areas. Remote or regional deliveries may take longer, and orders containing pre‑order items are not eligible for same‑day dispatch.

International shipping

  • New Zealand & Singapore: Flat rate AU$20 for all orders.
  • Christmas Island & Cocos (Keeling) Island: Flat rate AU$50 for all orders.
  • If your region isn’t listed, please contact us for a custom quote.

Payment options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. You can pay with PayPal even without an account using the guest checkout. If using VISA gift cards, please register the card in your name with a billing address before checkout; unregistered cards will be declined.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30‑day return policy:contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}. Your item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, please email us at altonasupps@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without authorisation will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described. Exchanges may incur additional shipping fees. We cannot accept returns on clearance or special items, nor on perishable goods, personalised items or other non‑returnable products as listed in our refund policy.

Order confirmation & tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. If we cannot fulfil or dispatch your order, we’ll contact you within 3 business days to offer a substitution or refund. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. For live updates, enter your mobile number at checkout or use the Shop app.
